The BRAC Playscheme runs every holiday (except bank holidays and Christmas) 8.00am to 6.00pm. We offer a range of activities, workshops and days out and are open to children aged between 4-11 years old. Children do not need to be registered for breakfast club or after school club to attend during holiday times, and children from other schools are welcome. We are also open on Bishop Road School INSET Days. 

October Half Term Playscheme is now available to book, including the INSET Day in November. We have lots of Halloween and firework themed art and crafts going on all week, as well as a beat-boxing workshop, a story telling workshop, a sports workshop and a spooky, witchy day at Wookey Hole Caves! Booking closes at midnight on Wednesday 24th October and places are limited, so be sure to book on now to avoid disappointment! Please make sure you read the information below regarding packed lunches etc.

Our Policy

Cancellations:
If you want to cancel your place we must have more than 48 hours notice in writing to cancel for a full refund. If you inform us with less than 48 hours notice you will receive no refund.

Change of days:
If you need to change your days of attendance, please contact the Administrator, by phone on 0117 3320978/ 0117 9030575 or by email at playleader@bishoproadactivityclubs.com or  admin@bishoproadactivityclubs.com

We require 48 hours notice for any changes to be made. We will be able to tell you if there are spaces available on the days you require and you will be asked to email to confirm the changes that are being made. If there are no spaces immediately then you may go on the waiting list.

Drinks and snacks are provided throughout the day but Children are required to bring their own packed lunch. Please make sure that there are no peanuts/nuts, sesame seeds or egg in lunches as we often have children with severe allergies attending.

We also ask that you please do not provide your child with spending money on trip days, as this has caused upset in the past.

Please note that the activities on offer can be subject to change depending on weather conditions and health and safety, we will always do our best to adhere to the schedule we have advertised.
