REGISTRATION FOR 2026-2027
The Registration and Re-registration process opening dates for Sept 2026- July 2027 shall be as follows:
Current BRAC Users (Breakfast and/or Afterschool Club ONLY) – Available from 06:00am 11th May 2026 (stc)
New Admissions (Breakfast and/ or Afterschool Club ONLY) – Available from 06:00am 8th June 2026 (stc)
The website shall be updated closer to the time with more information, links etc.
RE-REGISTRATION 2026-2027
Current BRAC Users (Breakfast and/or Afterschool Club ONLY)
Please complete this form by 25th May 2026 if one or more of the following apply;
- You are a parent or carer for one or more children currently at BRAC and want to confirm their places for next year.
- You are a parent or carer for one or more children currently at BRAC and want a place for one or more siblings.
- You are a parent or carer for one or more children who are currently on the waiting list for a BRAC place.

If none of the above apply to you, and you are interested in registering your child for a place at BRAC, please complete the form titled ‘BRAC Registration for New Users’ instead of this one.
- Confirm Places for next year
If your child/ren are currently registered with BRAC, and attend breakfast and/or afterschool club, regularly then your BRAC place will be rolled over to the next academic year (SEPT 2026- JULY 2027). The same days and sessions will be automatically assigned to you. Please complete the form in the link above in order to confirm your sessions and agreement with BRAC for the coming school year by 6pm 25th May.
Please pay the £35 (per family) Registration fee on receipt of your invoice to secure your place for next academic year.
- Changes to current sessions
To make any changes to the sessions you currently have please complete the registration form 2026-27 (available 06:00am 11th May 2026) by 6pm 25th May.
If you are requiring extra days in addition to what you currently have, these extra sessions will be added to the waiting list and places will be allocated as they become available.
If you are changing the days of your sessions, we will do our best to accommodate these changes as spaces allow.
- Registering a new sibling / child from previous years waiting list
If you are adding a new sibling to this year’s registration, or have been on this last year’s waiting list, please be aware that we are unable to guarantee places but will accommodate as spaces allow or offer a place as soon as it is available.
To register for a place for a sibling, or a child who has been on the 2024-25 waiting list, please complete the below registration form (available 06:00am 11th May 2026) by 6pm 25th May.
As per our admissions policy, places will be allocated first-come first-serve as spaces allow.
Please Note: As of the 1st September 2025 the session fees are as follow:
Breakfast Club – £6.00 per child per session
Afterschool Club – £12.00 per child per session
New Admissions
In the past few years, we have had very high demand for our services which means we have limited spaces available for new children. This year we are asking that you complete the “New Admissions Registration Form” to be put on a waiting list and notified if there are any vacancies over the year. The waiting list operates on a first come first serve basis, so the earlier you submit this form after the opening of registration, the higher up the list you will be. PARENTS AND CARERS SHALL BE CONTACTED BETWEEN THE 6-10TH JULY 2026 TO ADVISE OF ANY SESSIONS WE CAN/ NOT OFFER.
DUE TO THE VOLUME OF PARENTS AND CARERS TO BE CONTACTED THE EMAILS/ MESSAGES SHALL BE SENT IN STAGES, PLEASE ONLY CONTACT US IF YOU HAVE NOT RECEIVED A RESPONSE BY MONDAY 13TH JULY 2026 OR YOU HAVE SIBLINGS ATTENDING AND THEIR SESSIONS DO NOT MIRROR EACH OTHERS (UNLESS ADVISED OTHERWISE).
PLEASE ALSO CHECK YOUR SPAM/ JUNK FOLDER FOR CORRESPONDENCE AS THEY MAY BE DIRECTED THERE FROM TIME TO TIME.
