PARENTS AND CARERS SHALL BE CONTACTED BETWEEN THE 1-7TH JULY 2024 TO ADVISE OF ANY SESSIONS WE CAN/ NOT OFFER.
DUE TO THE VOLUME OF PARENTS AND CARERS TO BE CONTACTED THE EMAILS/ MESSAGES SHALL BE SENT IN STAGES, PLEASE ONLY CONTACT US IF YOU HAVE NOT RECEIVED A RESPONSE BY MONDAY 8TH JULY 2024 OR YOU HAVE SIBLINGS ATTENDING AND THEIR SESSIONS DO NOT MIRROR EACH OTHERS (UNLESS ADVISED OTHERWISE).
PLEASE ALSO CHECK YOUR SPAM/ JUNK FOLDER FOR CORRESPONDANCE AS THEY MAY BE DIRECTED THERE FROM TIME TO TIME.
WE HAVE IMPLEMENTED THE USE OF A NEW APP ‘BLOSSOM’ AND BELIEVE THIS SYSTEM SHALL HELP WITH THE EFFICIENCY OF THIS PROCESS IN THE FUTURE.

Registration for the academic year starting September 2024 – July 2025 will open on the13th May 2024.
RE-REGISTRATION 2024-2025
Current BRAC Users
If your child/ren are currently registered with BRAC and attend regularly then your BRAC place will be rolled over to the next academic year (SEPT 2024- JULY 2025). The same days and sessions will be automatically assigned to you.
- No changes to current sessions
Complete section 1 of the form and return to admin@bishoproadactivityclubs.com.
Please pay the £35 (per family) Registration fee on receipt of your invoice to secure your place for next academic year.
By paying the registration fees we will automatically assume that you agree to these Terms and Conditions and agreement with BRAC (these are unchanged from previous school years, that you signed as part of your initial registration).
If your details have changed e.g. new address/email/contact number/medical information/ etc, then please ensure you complete the relevant sections of the registration form and return it by 26th May 2024.
- Changes to current sessions
To make any changes to the sessions you currently have please complete the registration form 2024-25 available 08:00am 13th May 2024 and return by 18:00pm 26th May 2024.
If you are requiring extra days in addition to what you currently have, these extra sessions will be added to the waiting list and places will be allocated as they become available.
If you are changing the days of your sessions, we will do our best to accommodate these changes as spaces allow.
- Registering a new sibling / child from previous years waiting list
If you are adding a new sibling to this year’s registration, or have been on this last year’s waiting list, please be aware that we are unable to guarantee places but will accommodate as spaces allow or offer a place as soon as it is available.
To register for a place for a sibling, or a child who has been on the 2023-24 waiting list, please complete the below registration form available 08:00am 13th May 2024 and return by 18:00pm 26th May 2024 (dates may be subject to change).
As per our admissions policy, places will be allocated first-come first-serve as spaces allow.
Please Note: As of the 1st September 2022 the session fees are as follow:
Breakfast Club – £5.75 per child per session
Afterschool Club – £11.50 per child per session

New Admissions
In the past few years, we have had very high demand for our services which means we have limited spaces available for new children. This year we are asking that you complete the “Registration Form – New Children” to be put on a waiting list and notified if there are any vacancies over the year. The waiting list operates on a first come first serve basis, so the earlier you submit this form after the opening of registration, the higher up the list you will be. The waiting list is reviewed termly. The full admissions policy can be found below.
